MENTALLY HEALTHY WORKPLACE CULTURE
Building a respectful and mentally safe workplace culture is hard work but well worth it. To achieve this processes, training, policies and actions need to be adopted. At the centre of it all is a strong desire for the organisation, regardless of size or industry, to foster and only accept respectful workplace behaviour.
Respectful workplace behaviour encourages personal and organisational integrity and professionalism. It practices fairness and understanding. It demonstrates respect for individual rights and differences and encourages accountability for the actions of all staff and the organisation. It is where communication is open and courteous, conflict is addressed early and there is a culture of empowerment and cooperation.
Respectful workplaces don't just happen, they are built over time.
MENTALLY HEALTHY WORKPLACES
Establishing a mentally healthy workplace has endless benefits. Increased productivity, reduced absenteeism, less conflict, turnover reductions, happier and healthier staff and direct improvements to your organisation’s brand in the market and bottom line.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP) HOTLINE & REFERRAL SERVICES
Our high touch EAP offers emotional support to all members of your team. Staff have the option to call a confidential hotline or email so they can gain advice on issues affecting them. These might include, work issues/stress, home issues, drug and alcohol and addiction issues, etc. Calls are managed by Registered Psychologists and callers are offered support, practical advice and referral. Face to face support is also offered where required.
MENTALLY HEALTHY WORKPLACE TRAINING
We can deliver mentally healthy workplace training that covers the four points listed above. Our aim is to remove stigma and raise awareness. Strategies to create a positive and inclusive workplace are discussed in an open and constructive forum (brain storming session). We aim to create an organisation specific Mental Health Wellbeing Library that can be accessed by all staff at any time to support their mental health. This includes clear access to Mental Health Support Services. Our Training aims to
