Conflict should always be addressed early. If an independent Workplace Behaviour Hotline is in place, staff can always try and seek confidential advice on how to manage the conflict themselves. However sometimes they just can’t break through as they may lack the skills needed to open and manage the conversation. This is where mediation comes in. We can offer an impartial mediation discussion service to help extinguish conflict. This is done by assisted open and clear constructive conversations with a fair outcome and agreement established to rectify negative behaviours.
